The images represent the rooms of a family hotel, built on the Salento coast in the 1980s, now reduced to ruins following a series of events that led to its abandonment. Digitally reconstructed and printed with the photographic cyanotype technique on MDF doors, they are the expression, as the artist himself states, of a lucid
family memory. But the richness and accuracy of the details that emerge from the images of this family memory make them universal, depicting fragments of an everyday life common to many.
