Billy Roch, born in 1999 in Annemasse (FR) is an artist based in Grenoble (FR). After attending EESAB European School of Art of Brittany DNA National Diploma of Art. 2018 – 2021, he graduated at ESAD Grenoble School of Art and Design DNSEP Higher national diploma of plastic expression 2021 – 2022.
